Reports to: Editorial Coordinator, Communications Coordinator, Editorial Assistant, Junior Editor
Commitment: This is a volunteer position that involves weekly, two-hour meetings on Wednesday evenings from 6–8 p.m.
Qualifications:
- SLUG Magazine reader
- Strong understanding of SLUG Magazine’s brand
- Strong grammar and copy editing skills
- Working knowledge of AP Style guidelines
- Passion for the SLC local scene and elevating Utah’s creative culture
- Keen knowledge of music, arts, lifestyle and local events
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and exhibits attention to detail
- Quick learner and adaptable
- Maturity and ability to professionally represent SLUG Magazine
