This musical concoction is a tapestry of up-tempo indie anthems melded with downbeats of darker electro. Ryan Torres and Rex Hudson are the creators of this project that started back when the two met in college. From soul to rock n’ roll, this 24-track album pulls from a lot of different genres, which gives a bit of something that everyone could enjoy. Personally, I couldn’t find anything I particularly disliked about the album. It flows nicely, and each track is short enough that I didn’t feel like one idea dragged on longer than it should have. This experimental summer soundtrack is a flawless showcase of the variance of style and strategy Torres and Hudson possess. –Kamryn Feigel
